Hi, my name is Jen (pronounced Yen) and I run Traffic Act. I am a Digital Engagement Specialist. I am passionate about the Digital space and about the new possibilities to engage with people. I believe that the digital environment is a great place to spend your marketing dollars, as people are spending more and more time online, offering you an exciting platform to engage with your consumer or customer.

All (digital) marketing starts with a solid communications and content strategy. You cannot choose what platforms you want to use if you have not first determined "what" you are communicating "how" and "where". Digital is not always the answer to everything. Not all platforms might be suitable or actionable for your business. I help you decide why and where to focus your energy in the digital space.

I am more than just "digital"

I am also a proud mother of a toddler who will soon be more savvy than I am in all thinhgs digital. She will soon be part of my operations team no doubt :) Until then, I aim for the perfect work-life balance. I work 3 days a week, and train up my daughter to head up operations 2 days a week.
